These Terms govern your use of HabitApex software, behavioral engines, Auri AI coaching systems, and web services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the application.
2. App Usage & License
HabitApex grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal habit tracking and self-development routines. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to exploit the anti-cheat verification system or double-entry XP ledger.
3. Auri AI Coaching Disclaimer
Auri is an AI life and habit coach intended for personal productivity, motivation, and routine scheduling. Auri is not a certified medical practitioner, psychologist, or licensed therapist. Habit suggestions and coaching responses do not constitute medical, clinical, or psychiatric advice.
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Core features of HabitApex (including the 20-tier RPG ranks, Priority Waterfall Scorer, Courage Engine, and offline SQLite storage) are free. Optional Pro upgrades (such as extended AI quotas or cloud sync) are managed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
5. Termination
You may terminate your agreement with HabitApex at any time simply by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of fraudulent activity or terms violations.
